Hannah LeongOperations Director
Trained as a sustainable energy engineer, Hannah worked in Laos for 2 years where she was inspired to return home and start Engineering Good. When she is not thinking about how engineers can make the world a better place, you can find her on her bicycle, or in the woods, or exploring new lands, or all of the above at the same time.
Thye Yoke PeanManager (Finance and Impact)
Yoke Pean dabbles in the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector at WISE - WASH in Southeast Asia. She enjoys listening to podcasts while commuting and exercising, so don't be alarmed if you see her laughing inexplicably on the MRT!
Yeap Pei LeeLocal Programmes Coordinator
Pei Lee is currently working as a project manager in the banking industry. In the last few years, she has also been volunteering actively with several non profit organisations/ social enterprises. Pei Lee hopes to leverage on these experiences and skillsets to build a strong foundation for the local programmes portfolio. On a lighter note, Pei Lee likes nature, traveling and unconventional things. She also has a special place in her heart for physically disabled youth.
Ron LohLocal Programmes Coordinator
Ron believes that there is always something to be learnt from anyone anywhere and he hopes to do the same from his experience and with the people he meets in Engineering Good. Trained as an electrical engineer, Ron is currently working as a project manager in the government sector. He has recently caught the trekking bug and it's been a great motivation to exercise regularly.
Simon FauvelEducation and Outreach Coordinator
Simon is a Canadian engineer passionate about social justice and the role that engineers can play in solving some of the world's most complex social problems. Before moving to Singapore, he was involved with EWB Canada for over 5 years, in a variety of local and national roles. When he is not working/ volunteering/ sleeping, you can usually find him experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors, and exploring new places.
Dionysia KangEducation and Outreach Coordinator
While happily doing research in the social sector, Dionysia also dreams of being an educator. She is always ready to learn more about inequality and human rights issues. She likes Niki de Saint Phalle too.
Nicholas ThamStudent Projects Coordinator
An engineer with sociological leanings, Nicholas is always looking for nearer and better ways to do things and help people along the way. Nicholas is constantly on the lookout for new ideas and interesting technologies. Come him engage on esoteric academic topics, or just chill with a beer.

Johann is currently Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders) Hong Kong’s peer representative for Singapore and also sits on its Board. He founded and ran a videography company, an IT company, and started a social enterprise consultancy. An avid cyclist who knows no boundaries and cycled from Turkey to New Zealand over 18 months.
Jang Leong Chia (LJ)
Born in Europe, raised in Singapore, educated in Australia & USA, worked in Asia and the Middle East; LJ feels the need to be a responsible global citizen and work on social and environmental injustice, and thinks that engineers can help to bridge the gap between science and society.
Ramesh worked as a doctor in the UK, before a career in investment banking that began in Europe and ended in Asia. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a pan-Asian healthcare company. He believes that skills can and should be applied across borders having lived in 7 countries and having worked with clients in 30 more.
Jason Kang is a Senior IP lawyer and he believes in giving back to the society through pro bono work. He chairs the APAC pro bono program at his company and has been assisting several non-profit organizations with their legal needs.
Trained as a chemical engineer, Titan has strong fundamentals in the energy sector and focuses in the water treatment industry. His high energy level is expressed in his participation in marathons.
Ana Mollinedo Mims
Originally born in Havana, Cuba, Ana is Founder and Managing Director of Aproposito Pte Ltd. She has lived on 4 continents and traveled extensively for business. She has a passion for working with organisations to help them communicate their messages in ways their audiences can clearly understand. She has a passion for bringing order out of confusion and chaos. Ana loves to use her skills, talents and expertise to help people that are impoverished, under-represented and marginalised.
