7 in 10 rental flat households in Singapore lack computer or tablet access. In contrast, Singapore generates 60,000 tonnes of e-waste annually (equivalent to 70 mobile phones per person)!

We’ve salvaged and distributed over 7,000 laptops, via 200+ partner social service agencies, to disadvantaged communities.

This initiative has been a timely assistance for our clients, as many of them have school-going children who required laptop devices for home-based learning. Most of them are from low-income backgrounds.

It's been challenging for me to stay connected with my kids at work. I can pass one mobile phone to my eldest kid and check in with them to know they are safe and well.

So thankful for the mobile phones as they make great dongles for me to access WIFi at home. Both me and my kids can work on our computers with this support.
